Host a School Supplies Drop Box for Stuff the Bus
Each summer, United Way of 1000 Lakes hosts its annual Stuff the Bus School Supply Drive to collect supplies for local students. The drive runs July through August 25, helping ensure students across our community have the tools they need to start the school year ready to learn and succeed.
You can make a difference by hosting a donation drop box at your workplace, church, civic group, business, or even your home. Once your collection is complete, we ask that all donated items be delivered to our Donation Drop-Off & Prep Day event.
Supplies will be sorted and packed into backpacks by volunteers during our three-day Stuff the Bus event and distributed to local students and teachers.
Interested in hosting a collection site? Express your interest below! We'll provide a toolkit, a donation drop box if needed, and help promote your location so community members can easily find a place to donate.
