United Way Hosts Shamrock’n Brunch!
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with United Way of 1000 Lakes’ Shamrock’n Brunch on Saturday, March 15th at Rapids Brewing Co.!
From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, enjoy Irish-inspired buffet, live music by GROCK, lucky raffles, wine pull, silent auction items, and MORE!
Be a part of this fun family event and help support United Way! Proceeds from the event support United Way’s Family Financial Stability programs, which help individuals and families break barriers to opportunity, build economic mobility, and create lasting change in our community.
Volunteers Needs:
8:00AM-10:30AM | Event Set Up, Greeter, & Event Ticket Sales (2)
- Arrive at 8AM to organize silent auction items, bidding papers, and raffle baskets. Help set-up event space. Greet ticket holders. Sell tickets to patrons who want to buy tickets at the door.
10:00 AM - 12:30 PM | Raffle Ticket sales, Silent Auction & Raffle Closer, Event Take Down (2)
- Arrive at 10:00AM to Connect with all attendees to sell raffle tickets. Assist MC with drawing winners and adhere winning ticket to raffle ticket log, fill out basket raffle log for each item. Help distribute winning raffle baskets to appropriate winners. Help with event clean up.
Volunteers who serve a 2.5 hours shift will receive free entry to the event, as well as a ticket to the Irish buffet!
