Opportunity Details

Animal Foster Volunteer

Great Tails Animal Rescue is 100% foster based, which means we are only able to take in as many animals we have fosters for. We are always looking for more fosters so we can help more animals in our community and not have to turn away people or animals that are in need of our help. Our program provides everything the foster needs - veterinary care, food, and all supplies. Fosters provide the loving home, transportation to local appointments and meet and greets/adoption events, and some basic training. Fostering is a fun opportunity and it helps the homeless animals in our community have a chance to find their perfect forever homes!

To learn more about fostering, visit our website. If you think you're ready to become a foster, you can get started by completing a foster application - the first step on the journey to fostering with Great Tails.  If you would like us to mail an adoption application, please contact us at  218-398-6191.
