Resourcing Volunteer

First Call 211 provides community members a central place to learn about resources and find information on government and social programs. Resourcing Volunteers help ensure information is timely, relevant, and accurately recorded in the 211 databases. Volunteers will communicate with nonprofits to gather locally relevant information. This role is performed virtually using a phone, computer, and Microsoft Excel. Training on appropriate communication protocols and how to accurately document agency information is provided.
